Shipping Policy

Some of our products are made to order and everything we sell is handmade. With this said please allow 3-5 business days to post your orders. We always do our best to keep processing time to a minimum so that you have your orders as soon as possible!

We offer 3 postage options; Royal Mail 2nd Class, Royal Mail 1st Class and Local Collection.

Return & Exchange Policy

As our products are all handmade, we do not offer refunds. If you face any issues with your order please contact me immediately via any of our social media platforms (for the quickest response) and we will be more than happy to evaluate the situation and offer an exchange where possible.
